We arrive quietly
Your photographer turns up with the kit - DSLR, soft indirect lighting, a white backdrop, and a printer. Setup takes 5 minutes and is done in near silence.

Shoot at baby's pace
We use a white sheet or blanket on a flat surface (sofa or bed) to position the baby. The shoot itself is fast - but the session is flexible. Feed, change, soothe, repeat. Whatever the baby needs.

Prints in your hand
Receive printed copies on photo-grade stock and digital files via WhatsApp before we leave. Ready for ICA Smart App, HMPO online application, or embassy submission.

Country-by-country newborn compliance.
Newborn passport photos have different rules from adult ones. Eyes can be slightly open or closed. Hands and arms can sometimes be visible. Backgrounds are stricter. We know every spec.
UAE · Passport & Emirates ID
ICA-compliant newborn photos for first passports, family file additions, and dependant Emirates IDs. We follow ICA's specific newborn allowances for eye position and head positioning.
UK · Passport (HMPO)
HMPO allows eyes to be closed for babies under 12 months. Pure white/off-white background, no other person visible. We handle the unique under-12-month newborn specifications.
USA · Passport
US State Department permits eyes closed for babies under 1 year. White background, 2×2 inch standard. Hands and arms must not appear in frame. We compose every shot to exact spec.
Schengen · All 29 member states
All Schengen states accept newborn photos with reasonable allowances. Light grey or off-white background. We handle visa photos for babies travelling with parents on Schengen multi-entry visas.
India / Pakistan / Other passports
Indian OCI, Pakistani NICOP, and other country-specific newborn photo specs handled. We verify your destination's requirements before the session.
Family file additions
Adding your newborn to your UAE Emirates ID family file? We capture both the ICA-compliant photo and any supporting documentation photos in one visit.

We regularly photograph babies as young as 3 days old. There's no minimum age - we adapt the session to the baby's needs. Sleeping newborns, wide-awake 6-month-olds, mobile 1-year-olds - all welcome.
It's fine. Truly. We build flex time into every newborn session for exactly this. We pause, you soothe, we resume. No additional charge, no rush. Most parents are surprised at how easy it ends up being once we're set up at home.
We don't use flash at all for newborn sessions. Our setup uses soft, continuous, indirect lighting through diffusion - exactly the kind of light you'd find in a quiet, well-lit room. Safe for the most sensitive eyes.
We use a flat white surface (your sofa, a bed, or a play mat with a white sheet) to position the baby safely. For passport-compliant photos, baby lies on their back. For ICA, HMPO, and US compliance, eyes can be slightly open or closed for infants - we'll work with whatever your baby gives us.
Yes - newborn dependant additions are one of our most common bookings. We capture the ICA-compliant photo, print the required copies, and deliver the digital file ready for ICA Smart App or typing centre submission.
Absolutely. Our newborn-focused setup works equally well for babies up to 12 months. Toddlers and older children are also welcome - we just adjust the session pacing and approach. Family sessions with siblings in the same visit are common.
