1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and use of doorstep photography services provided by Travpass Corporate Service Provider LLC ("Doorstep Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), operating through the website doorstepstudio.ae.
By submitting a booking form, confirming an appointment via WhatsApp, or accepting a photographer at your premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book or use our services.

3. Our Services
Doorstep Studio provides on-site photography services where our photographer travels to your home, office, or other agreed location with portable studio equipment (camera, lighting, backdrop, and printer) to:
- Photograph you and any other persons you have booked for
- Edit and process the photographs
- Verify compliance with the relevant specifications (visa, ID, headshot, etc.)
- Print copies onsite where included
- Deliver digital files via WhatsApp, email, or other agreed channel
We currently operate in the following emirates only:
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Abu Dhabi
We do not currently provide services in Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, or any locations outside the UAE.
4. Booking and Confirmation
4.1 A booking is made by submitting our online booking form, by WhatsApp message, or by phone.
4.2 A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (via WhatsApp, SMS, or email) including the date, time window, photographer name, and total price. An online form submission is a request, not a confirmed booking.
4.3 You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including:
- Correct name and contact number
- Accurate service location (with building name, unit number, and any access instructions)
- Correct service type and number of persons
- Any relevant compliance specifications (e.g., destination country for visa photos)
4.4 Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or our inability to deliver the service.
5. Pricing
5.1 Our prices are listed transparently on our website and in your booking confirmation. As of the last updated date:

5.2 Each additional person photographed in the same session is charged at AED 100, regardless of emirate.
5.3 Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
5.4 Additional services (extra prints, urgent same-day appointments, after-hours sessions, or special-format requests) may attract additional charges, which will be quoted and agreed in advance.
5.5 We reserve the right to update our pricing. Prices confirmed in your booking confirmation will be honoured for that specific appointment.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is due upon completion of the photography session.
6.2 We accept payment by:
- Cash (AED)
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via our portable card terminal
- Bank transfer (for corporate bookings, by prior arrangement)
6.3 No advance or upfront payment is required for standard bookings. Corporate or bulk bookings may require a deposit, which will be agreed in advance.
6.4 A receipt or tax invoice will be issued upon payment.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
7.1 Cancellations by you:
- More than 4 hours before the appointment: free of charge
- Less than 4 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee of AED 100 may apply
- No-show (photographer arrives but cannot complete the session due to your absence, locked premises, or refusal): full session fee may be charged at our discretion
7.2 Rescheduling by you:
- More than 4 hours before the appointment: free, subject to availability
- Less than 4 hours before: subject to availability and may incur a small fee
7.3 Cancellations by us:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (photographer unavailability, equipment failure, severe weather, force majeure)
- In such cases, we will offer the earliest possible alternative slot at no additional charge, or a full refund of any amounts paid
7.4 All cancellations and reschedules must be communicated by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Voicemails or unanswered messages do not constitute notice.
8. The Session
8.1 Your responsibilities:
- Provide a clear space of approximately 2x2 metres at the service location
- Provide access to a power outlet
- Ensure all persons being photographed are present, ready, and appropriately dressed at the appointment time
- Provide accurate compliance specifications (e.g., destination country for visas) before or at the start of the session
- Treat our photographer with respect and provide a safe working environment
8.2 Our responsibilities:
- Arrive within the agreed time window (or notify you in advance of any delay)
- Bring all necessary equipment to deliver the booked service
- Conduct the session professionally and efficiently
- Verify compliance with the specifications you have provided
- Deliver agreed prints and digital files before leaving (or as otherwise agreed)
8.3 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session in cases of:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Inappropriate, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards our photographer
- A request that violates UAE law or our policies
- Any attempt to record, film, or photograph our photographer or our equipment without consent
In such cases, no refund will be given.
9. The 100% Acceptance Promise
9.1 If a photograph delivered by us is rejected by an embassy, the UAE ICA, GDRFA, or another authority due to a compliance failure on our part (incorrect dimensions, background, lighting, head position, or print quality), we will:
- Return to your location for a free reshoot, or
- Provide a digital reshoot at no charge if the original session was sufficient,
within 14 days of you notifying us of the rejection.
9.2 This promise does not cover:
- Rejections due to incorrect information you provided (e.g., wrong destination country specifications)
- Rejections due to changes in your appearance or attire on resubmission
- Rejections due to changes in authority requirements after your session
- Rejections due to issues unrelated to the photograph itself (incorrect application form, expired documents, payment issues)
9.3 To claim under this promise, please send us the rejection notice within 30 days of receiving it, by email to hello@doorstepstudio.ae.
10. Photographs, Copyright, and Use
10.1 Ownership of digital files: You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the photographs delivered to you for any personal, official, identity, or business purpose, including but not limited to visa applications, identity documents, professional profiles, and personal use.
10.2 Copyright: Copyright in the photographs remains with Doorstep Studio. However, the licence in clause 10.1 is sufficient for all standard customer needs and is not time-limited.
10.3 Our use of your photographs: We will never publish, share, post, or use your photographs for our own marketing, social media, advertising, or any external purpose without your separate, explicit, written consent.
10.4 If you wish to grant us permission to use selected photographs (e.g., for our portfolio or website), we will provide a separate consent form for you to review and sign. You are under no obligation to do so, and refusing has no effect on your service.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your information as described there.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected to your booking or our services is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant appointment.
12.2 We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special losses (including missed flights, missed visa appointments, loss of business, or reputational harm)
- Delays or failures caused by force majeure events outside our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, government action, civil disturbance, pandemics, technical failures of third-party services)
- Errors in the information you provided to us
- Decisions made by third parties (embassies, ICA, GDRFA, employers, schools, etc.) regarding documents that include our photographs
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government action, road closures, civil disturbances, terrorism, or third-party infrastructure failures. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your appointment to the earliest reasonably available slot.
14. Customer Conduct
You agree that you and any persons present at the session will:
- Treat our photographer with respect and courtesy
- Not engage in any harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour
- Not record, photograph, or film our photographer or our equipment without consent
- Comply with reasonable instructions from our photographer regarding session setup and safety
We reserve the right to terminate a session and pursue legal remedies for breach of these conduct standards, including under applicable UAE laws on harassment, defamation, and cybercrimes.
15. Intellectual Property — Website and Brand
15.1 All content on doorstepstudio.ae, including text, design, logos, images, and the "Doorstep Studio" name and branding, is owned by Travpass Corporate Service Provider LLC or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
15.2 Customer photographs are excluded from this clause and are addressed in Section 10.
16. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (including WhatsApp, payment processors, and cloud storage) to deliver our service. While we choose our partners carefully, we are not liable for outages or failures of those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them directly.
17. Reviews and Feedback
We welcome customer reviews on Google, social media, or other public platforms. By posting a review, you confirm it is your honest opinion and not misleading. We reserve the right to respond to public reviews. Defamatory or false reviews may be reported to the relevant platform and, where appropriate, addressed under UAE law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to that specific appointment.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the laws of the Emirate in which the relevant service is performed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
20. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doorstep Studio regarding our services.
